Aalo builds mass-manufactured nuclear plants that will power anything from a datacenter to a city. The mission is to achieve 3¢ / kWh electricity. The first product will be the Aalo Pod, a 50 MWe power plant purpose-built for data centers. ​

* August 2025: $100 million Series B Oversubscribed
* August 2025: Aalo Selected by DOE to Test Aalo-X, Targeting Criticality by July 4th, 2026. This selection came through a competitive Request for Applications (RFA) process initiated under President Trump’s May 2025 Executive Order on reforming nuclear reactor testing at DOE.

* July, 2025: U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) unveils the names of 10 companies selected for the Nuclear Reactor Pilot Program - Aalo is on the list! Aalo will not require a NCR License.

* 2025: Aalo finishes construction of full-scale prototype reactor. Extensive sodium testing begins in Texas.
* 2025: Aalo implements Nuclear Quality Assurance and progresses deeply on DOE authorization for Aalo-X.

* 2025: Manufacturing and fuel fabrication begins for Aalo-X, environmental reviews completed on site at INL.
